Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GBP Client Registration platform operated by Operational Excellence Advisors (trading as OEA Consult) ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a registration form or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Operational Excellence Advisors provides Google Business Profile (GBP) setup, verification management, and multi-platform local listing services as described in the selected service tier. Specific deliverables are outlined in the service tier you select at registration.
2. Payment
All fees are due at the time of registration and are processed securely via Stripe. Prices displayed include a Stripe processing fee pass-through. Setup fees are one-time charges; retainer plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through the Client Portal.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of payment if work has not yet commenced. Once profile setup has begun, no refunds will be issued for setup fees. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to verification requests from Google or other platforms in a timely manner, and maintaining access to the phone number or email associated with your business listing. Delays caused by failure to respond to verification requests are not the responsibility of Operational Excellence Advisors.
4. Verification Timelines
Google Business Profile verification timelines are determined by Google and are outside our control. Typical verification takes 5–14 business days. Operational Excellence Advisors will make reasonable efforts to expedite the process but cannot guarantee specific timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all business information, photos, and content you provide. By submitting content, you grant Operational Excellence Advisors a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of setting up and optimizing your business listings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Operational Excellence Advisors's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue resulting from changes to third-party platform policies.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, any completed work remains the property of the client. Retainer subscriptions will not be renewed after the current billing period ends.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Privacy Policy

- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Your information is used exclusively to:
- Set up and optimize your business listings on Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and other platforms
- Send you status updates about your registration progress
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Respond to your support inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., submitting your business information to Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and other listing platforms as part of the registration process). We use Stripe for payment processing; their privacy policy governs payment data.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access to client data is restricted to authorized Operational Excellence Advisors staff only.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to maintain your authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
